A Liverpool firm built on straight answers
Craig Callum Associates has looked after Liverpool businesses and individuals since 2005, long enough to have seen every kind of business, in every state of health, through good years and hard ones.
Who we are
We're a small, experienced team, and that's deliberate. When you call, you speak to someone who knows your business. When you ask a question, you get an answer, not a callback promise.
Our principal accountants are Kevin Rimmer and Steve Jones. Steve is a chartered accountant who qualified in 1990. Between them and our team of bookkeeping, payroll and accounts specialists, there's very little in small-business finance we haven't handled: from formations to sales, from HMRC enquiries to turnarounds.
How we work
Three things define the firm:
- Honesty first. If something isn't worth paying us for, we say so. If a number looks bad, you hear it early with options attached.
- Proactive, not reactive. Deadlines are the minimum. The value is in what we spot before the year end: the relief you can still claim, the structure that no longer fits.
- Plain English. You'll never leave a meeting unsure what was decided or what it costs.
